The reason we use Lerman is that they know their business...no guessing as to the cause of the problem...we have Sub-Zero frige and Wolf range--over 5 years old so no warranty---Lerman is so so much better and responsive that the SZ & W recommended service center--not even close-- Simply the best appliance repair place in town----"

"A slope in our yard made the space hard to use, so we added a retaining wall. Way To Go Builders managed the project and suggested a reinforce concrete footing to support the block wall above it. The crew dug a deep trench, installed rebar, and poured a solid base. Once cured, the wall was built up and capped for a clean look. Drainage was included with weep holes and gravel backfill, which prevents water buildup behind the wall. The wall spans nearly 40 feet, transforming the yard into usable, level space."

"We had six contractors that bid out our kitchen model before selecting IND Construction.  David was the most professional, had great ideas and his pricing was very fair.  He even gave us a 3D design of what the finished project would look like!  Sahweet!
They gutted the entire kitchen (old and outdated with major issues) down to the studs and gave us a beautiful, new kitchen that we absolutely love.  They finished on-time AND on budget!  With all the contractor horror stories out there, it's great to find a company out there that we can trust.  We ran into multiple issues (no fault of IND; our house has it's share of problems), but David always made us feel at ease, saying that they would take care of it.  And they always did. :)  Even with our excessive eye for detail, they made sure everything was taken care of and to our liking.
Note: we went with semi-custom cabinets, but truly, it feels like we got custom cabinetry.  The quality of the cabinets that IND uses is far superior to any of the ones we've seen when checking out other contractor's previous projects.  Plus David hooked us up with self-closing drawers and doors throughout.  Very cool.
We definitely recommend IND and will be using them for all our future projects."

"Erik was a good salesman and his workers did a good job demoing the old roof and putting on the new one. Erik was always available via text or phone if we had any concerns. The only issue we had was the clean up. We found a lot of debris from the demolition behind our garage. Apparently, they did not bother to check there. They did a pretty good job around the house though. Erik had is workers clean up debris that got into our stove hood (pieces of wood had gotten into the fan area). Overall, we were pleased at the job performed."
