Esi was phenomenal! She went above and beyond in every way. Not only did she get our apartment sparkling clean, she did it with so much kindness and so quietly while my baby was napping. I was so embarrassed at how messy everything was and felt so overwhelmed with work and my baby, and Esi came in like an angel without any judgment and got the place looking so incredible I cried when I came out of the nap and saw the clean kitchen.
