As no rear access from the street to the property, all ground cover had to be hauled up hill and out to the street and all fabric rolls, plants and mulch had to be carried down in garbage cans and spread on the property. Conrad and his crew were professional, cleaned up the area after they finished working and Conrad walked me through the work performed and answered all my questions to my satisfaction."
