Fred answered the phone, set up an appointment with us and came to our home giving us suggestions on what might work to update the look of our "tall and skinny" home built in 1965 as well as address the annoying leak in our garage we were experiencing because of the balcony area. He provided a detailed estimate of the work he would perform and reviewed the contract with us in a timely manner. He also provided us with photos of ideas for the railing and suggested we visit other Deco projects in the area to help us determine the look we wanted to achieve.
