Here at Brooks Pest Control, we specialize in taking care of ants, spiders, cockroaches, mosquitos, fleas, ticks, millipedes, centipedes, silverfish, pincher bugs, mice, rats etc. Unfortunately, we do not handle issues related to termites, bed bugs, honeybees, wood-boring organisms, snakes, raccoons, possums and other non-bug creatures.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY, VERY, UNPROFESSIONAL! I HAVE THEM ON CAMERA THAT THEY PULL UP TO THE HOUSE AND DON'T EVEN GET OUT OF THEIR CARS 90% OF THE TIME. i hired them for 4 homes and it was the same at each home. They lock you into a contract and even when you fire them, they keep charging your bank account. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFO!

Terrible customer service! Noah is awful! Told me “I have screenshots from your husband and will not close the account until I speak to him” and hung up on me! Then he tried charging me closing fees for a service I NEVER signed for even after I told him I have my sercurity camera footage of myself telling them I didn’t sign and turning them away! Safe to say I ended my services that day!

This company has young kids coming up to my door late at night and ask a lot of probing questions. I’ve had about 4 individuals who work for Brooks Pest Control service come up my driveway and won’t take no for an answer. When I tell them I’m already set up with a pest service, it causes for another flood of questions. Knocking at my door past 8:30 at night is a no for me. They don’t use my ring camera to ring the bell, instead bang loudly on my door. Lastly, unprofessional, no etiquette. The individuals are passive aggressive when I tell them no thank you. Overall, the first impression I have is that this company just wants to sell sell sell. I’m a loyal customer to another service due to their quality and interpersonal skills. And they don’t come banging on my door at 8:45 then give me a hard time for declining them repeatedly after a 5 min of Q&A.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! They sold me a service that doesn't work, and I still have to pay and complete a contract! I am paying to eliminate mosquitoes in my house, and there are even more than before they sold me the service. I tried to cancel, and it turns out that I can't; until I complete 8 services, it doesn't matter if it doesn't work; I still have to pay! I don't think this is fair!

We called what we thought was a local company, but instead got Brooks. a nice fellow in Utah answered the phone, and offered us service with a confident tone. On the day the technician was supposed to arrive, we waited 4 1/2 hours to no avail. After the first half hour of the 3 hour appt. window, we called the Brooks 800 number. We were told the technician got the address wrong and would arrive in 45 minutes. after 4 more hours of waiting, nobody showed up! Best to get a LOCAL company if you can find one on Google.

STAY AWAY! On the initial phone call was told one thing and they ask you sign contract while on the phone via text link. My mistake was to trust that contract would state the same thing as what I was told over the phone, but it is not. Most important service did not provide ANY results and I still have rodents two month later, and no bate is touched nor traps have worked. No refund is now offered, just "cancelation fee" of $225, for service that did nothing mind you. This is on top $175 initial fee and $70 monthly fee. SCAM! Account manager Frederic had one response "you signed contract" and threatening with cancelation fee.

DO NOT USE! This company took advantage of my legally blind, senior citizen mother and then started charging her card for services she didn't know were in the contract. Called and spoke to an account manager named, Mitch. Did NOTHING to cancel the account but only threatened to send us to collections. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BROOKS PEST CONTROL! They're scamming senior citizens. Today, Brooks took ANOTHER $225 to cancel my mom's contract WITHOUT written or verbal confirmation to cancel the contract! As of January, they have now taken from my mom, a senior citizen who is legally blind, close to $600!! We will be disputing these charges with her bank. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BROOKS PEST CONTROL!

I am not happy with their work, they have come three times and have not solved the problem. They even have arrived late to appointments and have to reschedule

They were great when they came out! So kind and hardworking. The employees are nice, but they have a terrible buisness model they lock you into a contract and you have to pay to get out. Without telling you. They told me my neighbors were using the service and so it’d be $100 to do a service— wanted my cc info but I preferred to do cash wasnt an issue but now they are telling me I need to pay $200 if I don’t want more services
