"Anthony did an outstanding job. He came to the residence to examine the work area and give an estimate. He cut a larger hole in an existing kitchen granite counter to accommodate a drop-in sink, and in the process he removed the under-mounted stone sink by cutting through several layers of supporting plywood. He brought telescoping poles to hold floor-ceiling plastic sheets in place to minimize the spread of dust. His pride of workmanship was obvious! The plumbers who came after him were able to install the new sink and hardware easily! We highly recommend Anthony for any project involving appliance installations in counters!"

"Everyone was great to deal with and we got a reasonable price on a granite kit. countertop and a limestone master bath countertop. The help selecting stone was fantastic, the measurements were very hi-tech and the end result is beautiful. They only phase of the project that had a glitch was installation. The kit. had a bar with an 11" overhang. I was told it would be a good idea to get three support brackets that would be installed sunk into the plywood and under the granite so they would not show at all. The installer didn't seem to know about this and when I l asked about it it was too late. The installer told me there was nothing about it in the paperwork and I didn't need it anyway. It was in the contract and the head of sales told me the brackets were on the truck. Resolution is good. They took off the $300 I paid for the supports and are sending someone out tomorrow to install brackets I bought on Amazon. Separately - in the master bath, the installer did not drill the three holes for one of the faucets in a straight line. When I noticed it, he said they had used a ruler and it was straight, I must have been at an odd angle. The next day I looked at it with a steel rule in my hand. It was off and the factory agreed that my pic. showed that it was off. Good resolution - they sent someone out to slightly enlarge one side of one of the holes. This allowed the plumbing installers to locate the hardware exactly where it all needed to be all look great. It is a shame that such helpful and precision work through the whole process was almost ruined by a sloppy installation process."

"My rental home laminate countertops were badly stained from years of use and abuse from previous tenants, so it was time for a change! I got into contact with Dawn who worked out the logistics of everything and patiently explained what would and would not work. On installation day, Tom worked quickly and efficiently. The countertops were cut and installed within a few hours and he helped us with installing our new kitchen sink and garbage disposal. It has been a few days now and I am still staring at my new kitchen in awe! I feel like the people who built this rental home used shortcuts when they worked on the kitchen, so I am relieved to know that my kitchen was re-done properly. "We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops-not really new but they sure do look like it! We had 20 year old laminate countertops and needed a reasonable update. Chris and his assistant resurfaced our kitchen and bathroom countertops as well as our island. We picked the color/pattern (he had a lot to choose from). They arrived on time and it took about 4 hours. Most of that time (it seemed) was prepping to ensure minimal mess. They really did do a great job in this area. Since they are actually spraying the material onto the desired surfaces, prep is a must! I found very little left behind. What I did clean was a few doorknobs and a bit on the floor. After a few washes it cleaned up. I did not think this was unreasonable. I was concerned with how durable this would be and in the first few days we definitely babied it . It has then over a month and it has proved to be as durable as our laminate was but much prettier! I was concerned that some areas were smoother than others. Chris assured me that most of this would smooth out over time-I was skeptical. If you are expecting a granite or glass finish on your surfaces, you will be disappointed. Most of this has smoothed out but there are some areas that have not as much. Along the counter edges are the least smooth. For us this hasn't turned out to be a problem. We realized that we were not getting a high-grade countertop but a aesthetically pleasing alternative that fit much better into our budget. Also it does shine and is easy to care for. I use Pledge multi-surface cleaner as recommended. If you walked into my kitchen you definitely would not know that we didn't pay top dollar for expensive countertops. Not only are we pleased with the counters we are definitely pleased with Chris and Franklin Interiors."

He also provided a quote for replacing the entire slab,and after selecting a color,we asked him to install new countertops and backsplash throughout the kitchen.
