"This was my first time using Angies list. I was inquiring about having a couple of trees removed. Jimmy's Tree Care was the first company to contact me, right away I might add. They were able to give me a quote based off a picture I texted them. After getting several more quotes, all which were higher, I decided to go with them. They finished a job early and wanted to come by the same day but I was at work. They arrived 1/2 hour early the next day which was great. "They did a great job cutting my trees. However, a sprinkler pipe broke in the backyard and they were to come and fix it. Somehow it wasn't happening and I still owed them $100 of total bill. So, they just asked me to use that to get the broken pipe fixed. Overall, satisfied with the work. They cut couple of smaller trees at no extra charge which was nice of them."

"I wanted a licensed arborists who truly knew trees not just someone that would top the tree or put stakes near the trunk, etc. True tree specialists know how to properly thin or prune a tree, when the stakes should no longer be in place, etc. They know how and when to do these things to assure a tree can withstand sever weather and wind, develop a strong root/trunk/branch mentality and that the tree has a long healthy life.
