The recommended initial approach and treatment of trunk spraying for my issue was viewed as inappropriate and ineffective by several other licensed arborist that I had consulting visits form. I liked Mike as a person and he appeared very knowledgeable and this allowed me to be swindled for $850.

I was concerned about hiring someone who knows how to prune Palo Verde trees. Every article I read advised hiring an arborist to ensure the health of the trees. John came out, discussed what should be done, how he'd do it, told us the trees were being over-watered and suggested we cap off the designated watering to the trees, and made a plan for when his crew would be out. They were also going to remove a Japanese Maple that was dying. His 2-man crew came out, we again discussed what I wanted done, they pruned and thinned the Palo Verde trees, removed the maple, and planted a Western Redbud (an extra task that I appreciated). They were GREAT! I am VERY satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely hire the company again.

Mike Jones, arborist, is very knowable, professional, personable. Though this service was only diagnostic with recommendations to correct our tree's problems he also examined our neighbor's tree with a similar problem. He also consented to look at several other trees and plants in our garden with recommendations to help them as well. I though the consultant fee was a little high, it was comparable to a previous quote. Over all, I am pleased with the experience.

Michael,was quite helpful, even fixed my garage door,due to I asked him if he knew a handyman, he said he would take look at it after he took care of the trees.he did, fixed the problem. I am hopeful the treatment will take, but will call him if it needs another treatment. He was early to the appointment, plus in it self.

Offer lesser price for trimming smaller trees

I strongly recommend them and will be using them on a quarterly basis for ongoing service.
