"I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again. I now have to do it myself. Some of the work will have to be hired out. Even though I have already paid Hillcrest Landscaping for the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! "

Richard, who is the owner, is a great guy and super informative. He never left any question unanswered or left us uncertain about anything. His crew works quick, and they pay attention to the tiniest detail. They absolutely are worth every dollar and I would recommend RG Construction to any homeowner, and I for sure will be giving them a call back for any work I need done in the future. Me and my wife are absolutely in love with our remodel."

"Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

"My association with Rober (Fine Arts Constructions) started at the beginning of my design process. Rober had done construction at my friends place and was highly recommended to me by him. I got valuable feedback from Rober throughout the design process, through permitting and until I got the permit approved. Permitting was during COVID times and permit approval took a really long time (8-10 months). But Rober was available whenever I wanted to consult anything with him. Post getting the permit, I paused my decision of extending my house. 7-8 months after my permit approval, I decided to start the construction. I called Rober and he was able to mobilize his team within 2 weeks. From the beginning till the end it took 5 months to get the construction completed (approx 700 Sqft addition). Construction process was as smooth as as it can be. Rober was always there when I wanted to consult anything with him (like on buying finishing material). When we faced any issues (construction/permit/design etc), we solved it together. Rober is very collaborative, knowledgeable and patient. He is a good project manager. He made sure that all the activities (including inspections) line up perfectly. It was really great working with him as well as his team. I had heard horror stories for my friends of going through the construction process. For me, working with Fine arts constructions was really smooth and easy process. I highly recommend Fine arts constructions. Truly professional and a great team to work with."
