I feel a little bad because I’m fairly talkative and I found several other projects for him after we decided we were listing the house. His work has been outstanding on every project so far and can tackle many jobs. He’s is about to start painting our house this week and has fixed several issues in the meantime. He gave me an estimate immediately, but said it may not be a firm estimate, depending on what damage may be discovered once the old tile floor was removed. He explained how the new floor would be made waterproof, and spotted some damaged woodwork that would need replacing on the balcony. All that was included in the estimate.
