This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a security technician. The owner, Shane, was on time, very professional, and repaired my home security issue within seconds when another security expert could not fix it in over an hour. I was so impressed with his technical knowledge that I am going to upgrade my current system through him. The quoted price and written guarantees are much better than the current home security company I am currently with.

Very disappointed with the results.

No pressure or up selling - how refreshing. Shane is easy to work with and is prompt, punctual and very professional. I typically ask 99 questions and there was zero push back. When I didn’t know a technical detail he explained in a straight forward and easy to understand way. We’re giving up our standard phone (POTS) line and I was interested in converting to a WiFi or cellular connection. We have a strong cellular signal in our area and we went with that option - I’m very happy. He reconfigured our alarm panel to what I wanted and tested all the sensors too. He followed up via email with copies of our agreement. Another project done!
