He seems like a very professional and knowledgeable person, and I assume that he is, but his price was just too expensive for me. It was a good experience. It went good. Everything went perfect. "They had to come back and redo it. The initial person who came out was not very professional. She was the salesperson as well as the provider and was always in a hurry to get somewhere and was kind of condescending. They were not very good communicators."

When I showed him a project to repair, he said that was silly, take out the whole door and put in a whole new door. I told him that this part of the frame needed to repaired. He said I would be better off if I did that. He said that they could do this and it would be fine. I didn't like being approached in that manner, like I was a dumb woman and he could say whatever he wanted."
