"I originally called Wilhelm Sprinkler Co because a house I had just purchased had extremely low water pressure to the point my sprinklers weren't functioning.  When they came out, it turned out there was a water pressure regulator that I did not know about that was set too low!  I mentioned landscape lighting and Jorge walked me through the front and back of my house and we discussed various options for placement of lights.

A couple of weeks later, I asked for Jorge to come back out and set up my landscape lighting and he did a great job!  He was really, really diligent and barely even took a break.  9.5 hours and 25 lights and a lot of digging later, it was all done.  And the lights look fantastic!  He showed me how to use the transformer, set and maintain it, and gave me good tips on maintaining the lights and reminded me to inform the gardeners so they wouldn't get damaged. Jorge was also REALLY informative about how many lights you can safely put on a wire, watch our for the wattage of the bulbs I use, and don't max out the transformer.  He seemed genuinely concerned about making sure that after he left I understood what to look out for.  Appreciated that a lot!

The only bad thing if anything was really minor.  They were a bit short on landscape wire, and so some of the lights can't be moved around too much because the wiring is a little bit tight.  But I was able to move things around to my liking with no problems so I wasn't really too bothered by that.

All in all, I am really happy and will always use these guys for irrigation needs going forward.  Highly recommended."

"A quarter of our existing Yard needed considerable heavy duty work dealing with exposed soil, re-routing drain-pipes and part of an existing sprinkler system as well as installing root barriers for some newly planted fruit trees etc. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted done in phase 1 of a complete overhaul of our entire back-yard. The area in question also had to remain friendly & safe for our young grandchildren. Preferably, we wanted to hire a local contractor. Finding someone, who would ACTUALLY LISTEN and PAY FULL ATTENTION to OUR NEEDS, was willing to work with us (primarily with me during the project) was a must. It also had to be someone who was flexible enough to adapt to our irregular busy schedules. The selection of Signature Landscaping occurred mainly because prior landscapers we contacted did not respond to our calls or to online written requests from various online referral services, resulting in delay and loss of valuable time for us. Therefore, we proceeded with the removal of weed and root infested lawn area to a significant depth, made some changes and planted new fruit trees by ourselves before we found Signature Landscaping by searching Google in our Zip Code. Moe Khoee, owner of Signature Landscaping, responded within the hour of my call and asked me to send him some pictures. Communications thereafter to and from Signature Landscaping occurred smoothly and rapidly from the efficient Office Manager, Beth, who arranged a meeting with Arshee, Chief Landscape Architect for the company. Arshee turned out to be the perfect individual to work with us to fulfill our requests. He was professional and friendly in his approach, spent substantial time to carefully listen to our plans, agreed to do his best and comply with our schedule. After discussing all the details and answering all our questions to our satisfaction we felt very comfortable to have him do the job. He also brought up some good ideas and assigned the perfect crew for us. Furthermore, he remained faithful to the negotiated contract and never asked for payment until each phase was done. Arshee also kept on top of every aspect of the job (needless to say so did I). He responded to questions during the project without hesitation. We would also like to compliment Arshee’s Project Manager, Pepe, and his courteous assistant. It was indeed a real pleasure to work with all of them. I asked them whether I could take videos and or snap pictures of their painstaking work to share with our close friends and they agreed. Both our family and friends loved the transformation from a weed infested lawn area to a gorgeous weed, dirt free and water saving orchard area of our backyard. To our true delight, we were fortunate to find exactly what we had sought and Signature Landscaping fulfilled our wishes. The Company is at the higher end of the cost we incurred. HOWEVER, Arshee and his crew DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED, were very attentive, went the extra mile with a smile, which was far more important to us! "I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."
