I did not know? and the service person explained, that the company had a FLAT RATE? for any clogged plumbing?? I DIDN'T really have a choice... the service person was already onsite, the situation needed to be resolved... I proceeded to have the work done. This repair, minus the $49, still CO$T me $236.02.. BIG ONES. I am still angry and confused.. I know my outcome would be different if I KNEW about the FLAT RATE.... be aware !!!"

"Joey responded before the scheduled appointment on 4/14:23 by contacting me immediately after I booked the appointment. He called on 4/12/23 and went to my property to check out the leaking problem, found the leaking pipe under the water meter assigned to my house and the next day, was repairing the leak by removing the old pipe and replacing it with a new one, having to remove and replace concrete, and finishing the job by early afternoon. The job was professionally completed the day before our scheduled appointment. Joey was very knowledgeable about the leak and took time to explain it all to me and show me the leaking pipe and what was needed to correct the problem. I am very pleased with the end results. Everything was neatly done and the area around the water meter is again intact with new concrete and no leakage anymore. I recommend using Joey for any of your plumbing needs."
