From the office staff to the service experts, all of them are friendly and professional. They set an appointment time with me and they were there within 5 mins. of the time. INCREDIBLE! The Service expert was nice and he explained what his plans were and how long it should take to check the unit out. He made sure he cleaned up after himself and thanked me for calling Grants AC and Heating. There isn't another company other then Grants AC and Heating that I will call so service. Very Pleased.

It did not go well at all. I called Monday afternoon requesting service. The individual that I spoke with advised that the issue was possible due to clogged drain lines and advised that they would be able to inspect the unit, clear the drain lines and check the drip pan. I was provided an estimate for the service call and was advised that the soonest he would be able to have someone by was Wednesday. On the morning of Thursday, I called to check up on my service call and was shocked to find out that they had no record of my call and there was no service ordered for my request. The soonest they would be able to get someone out to my home would be Friday, which unfortunately my vacation is over on Thursday and I am out of luck. Oh by the way, it's going to be 105 on Friday. Great Job Grants A/C and Heating.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He discovered a problem we were having with our system which was causing it to not run efficiently. He fixed it promptly. Also after calling around, Grants was the cheapest cost for maintenance on our system.

I have an annual contract with them. They come out twice a year. I don't go anywhere else. I've been dealing with them for 25 years so I don't ask for the price. They just come out, do the work and I write a monthly check.

They have been actually recommended by one of our neighbors who own several apartment buildings and he has used these people and had been very pleased with them. Our experience with them was favorable. It has been good. They seemed fine. The price seemed to be a decent price to me. The work was done pretty quickly. Their responsiveness was not so slow that we were unhappy. We plan to use them again in the future.

It was a great experience. Fast and efficient service, no concerns about getting the run- around or bogus added expenses that unfortunately can and do occur in the service industry. I was extremely satisfied with the final cost, this along with the great customer service is why I will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Very responsive in setting up an appointment. Repairman on time. Did work in a timely manner.
The price included a bi annual maintenance agreement ($140) so actual cost of the capacitor replacement and diagnosis was about
$350. AC is working fine and ready for the summer heat.

The technicians arrived early and were very courteous and respectful. They did an amazing job and they were done quickly. They cleaned up and left the place looking great.
Later the same day a technician did the testing came out and did an awesome job. Gave us some suggestions for improving our air filter system.
i was very impressed with their knowledge and skills. made me feel like they were part of my family.

Been very pleased with their service. They came out on a hot day to fix my A/C unit, called and they were out within two hours to fix it! Said they would be there in 2.5 hours, they were there in 90 minutes! They were professional and prompt, came out on a Saturday which I'm sure is one of their busiest days.

The receptionist at Grant's informed me that since we were a new customer, they needed to have a credit card on file prior to going out. Normally we would not have done this but is was cold and we needed to supply the tenant with heat. Grant's said that there would be a $95.00 service charge for going out, I agreed and authorized that amount. I also asked for them to fax an invoice which she agreed. I asked for the tech to call me, even on a weekend to let me know what was the issue and receive authorization prior to starting any work. Over the weekend Grant's went out and fixed the issue. Monday morning, to my surprise there was a charge of $695.00 on my account. I called Grant's and informed them that I did not authorize $695.00, only $95.00. The receptionist, whom also seemed to be the owner could have cared less. She was informed that we were referred to them and of course we would never use them again. This company is unreputable.
