Do NOT work with this company! This is my experience with this company from my point-of-view. My husband and I called this company after a plumber mentioned seeing mold under our kitchen sink. A guy from Preferred Choice Restoration company came out and told us how much it would cost to fix. The guy quoted us $1000 and said that they'd pull everything out right away, and then in a week or two, after the cabinet came in, put everything back (a summary of the conversation). We asked if there were any additional costs, and he said, no, and that they'd get a contract out to us stating that it wouldn't be more than a $1000, no matter what. We got the contract, read it over, and signed it. They came out and pulled everything out. Then, a few days later, we got a new contract and a bill for $4,027.08... to put everything back in. We feel completely screwed over. I've never worked with such a dishonest company before. Beware!

Everyone, from Noah and Billy in sales and estimating to my demo team (Pete and Chris), were top-notch. Very communicative and willing to make my asbestos abatement the best possible experience with a quick turnaround time. Preferred Choice is highly recommended if you are in a bind and need work done right.

I had a roof drain leak that went alllll the way to the first floor. I called on a saturday and they were there same day within a few hours. The tech that came out was courteous and very informative. They left equipment and started the dry out process same day. They worked with my insurance and keep me in the loop. I was very happy with the repairs and the company as a whole. Would use them again for restoration work.

the work was not complete until all problem areas passed the air quality test. the spaces involved were small and tight but that did not stop them from getting to the problem areas. very good customer service.
