With a large order in the works our main breaker blew. John came out on a saturday and inspected everything related to the line the breaker was on . He has worked on this old building before and knows the how delicate the system is. The electrical supply to the building is not sufficient for a modern business. John tested the breakers and the equipment and had us back up and running with no other issues in a very short amount of time.

I did not ask for an estimate - my fault. Two men came. They were punctual and professional. They spent most of the day there fixing problems but it seemed that the work took longer than I expected. They did not figure out how to wire a ceiling fan but I did it after they left in half an hour. The problem is the bill - $85 per hour for each man, even though one spent most of the time holding a flashlight. Plus charging 50% or more mark up for parts... After I complained, the owner said that his rates are his rates but he would see what he could do. He refunded $100.00.
