"We worked with Sequoia Outdoor Design and Build on our backyard and front yard to improve drainage problems and spruce up the exterior as it hadn't been touched in over a decade. Will and the Sequoia team instantly stood out among the rest of the estimates we received as he suggested a number of different options that would be functional, drought tolerant and achieve the aesthetic we were looking for, while staying within our budget. Our job was extensive, including the demolition of an old concrete patio and driveway, installation of french drains, pavers, turf, and lights along with some drought tolerant plants. Like most remodel projects, there were a couple hiccups along the way with some defective batches of materials and delays beyond the team's control. There were also some minor issues that had to be corrected along the way, but the team was keenly aware of the details and made sure to resolve these quickly.
