Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

I highly recommend looking elsewhere because I am shocked as tp how they have such high ratings! I have been trying to get my ac fixed that they installed provided for over a month. Both myself and my realtors have been in contact with them and after a month of emails and phone calls they all of a sudden say they aren't at fault even though at first they said it "worked". Never use them horrible company and standards!!!!"
