"The Right Choice! They have incredible taste and design ideas. They made my dream kitchen come true. I enjoyed working with Mishel (cabinet maker) and also with Natalie (interior designer). They helped me to be able To visualize my kitchen before we even installed it 3D design and samples. I already felt i had it installed. We selected all the materials and doors. Very detail."

"Excellent work. I have used this company for years for all house repairs and remodeling. Manny the owner is a general contractor...licensed and insured. He has done major repairs like replacing the gas line from the street to our house. This required digging up and replacing concrete. Tunneling under a retaining wall and digging up around 40 feet of lawn. Also, Manny did a beautiful job in remodeling a bathroom. He has done air conditioning repair work that saved us $3,000. The work that he has done for me includes painting, plumbing, masonry, concrete replacement etc. He always leave the premises clean when he is done for the day and at the end of each job. His prices are exceptional...equal to his work."

"I’ve worked with Hill Solutions for over a year now. They’re consistent with the upkeep of my property, coming every 2/3 weeks, unless I say otherwise. They came with all necessary equipment, and provided disposable of all waste. My original landscaping was done within the timeframe quoted. I was, and am still very happy with the work done. My yard has never looked better."

"Best-ever tree service experience. A very fair price that beat all other quotes. Expert removal of two tall Australian eucalyptus trees - 1 at about 65 feet, located between house and cabin structure taken down with expertise, with all removal and superb clean-up. Hire them - you will not be disappointed."

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

You can use hot water to melt ice from your driveway, but there are some serious caveats. Very hot water can quickly melt ice and remove it, which is helpful if you’re very short on time and need a solution ASAP. However, it will only work across a small area, after which there’s a chance the water will freeze again. The sudden clash of temperatures is dangerous for fragile materials, notably windows and other glass, so you’ll want to keep the water away from your car.

It’s possible to use a torch to melt ice on your garage door, but we don’t recommend it. It’s very easy to bring the flame too close to the door, which can melt the weather stripping or even the garage door itself. You’ll melt ice quickly with a torch, but the damage you’re likely to cause can end up costing you a few hundred dollars to fix, which isn’t worth it. Instead, we recommend pouring hot water over the frozen area or using a less intense heat source, like a hair dryer or space heater.

When starting the engine, you typically leave the choke on a snowblower in the "choke" or "closed" position. After starting, let the engine run for a few minutes to warm up. Then, gradually open the choke, moving it to the "open" or "run" position, allowing more air into the engine and transitioning to a normal fuel-air mixture. The exact duration varies based on the snowblower model and ambient temperature, but as a general rule, you should open the choke once the engine has stabilized and runs smoothly, typically within a few minutes.

Yes, many companies offer convenient options to accommodate service timing needs.

Snowblowers come in three different sizes: first-, second-, and third-stage blowers. Each additional stage is larger with higher intakes, more powerful, and has more gear options.

A first-stage blower, also called a snow thrower, is usually best for snow 6 to 8 inches or below. Electric snow blowers are usually only available in this size. If you regularly get snow that’s well above six inches, consider a second-stage snow blower. If snowstorms dump 2 to 3 feet of snow repeatedly during winter, you need a third-stage snow blower to tackle it.
