"I was thoroughly impressed with their work ethics and efforts.  Both women worked hard, scrubbed hard, did not overlook projects or items that needed even a small degree of cleaning.  I only asked for floors, but with a three-hour minimum (one and a half hours with two people), they used up every minute.  They confirmed their start time when they began, and found work that needed to be done until everything I asked for (and a lot more) was finished.  I paid a small fee for new scrub pads and rags they provided, which I will label "kitchen" and "bath" for the next time they come.  I never thought of it before, but I like knowing the rags and scrubbers they'll be using have only my dirt on them.  They rarely spoke to each other, their phone rang only once, and although we talked for a few minutes regarding some personal information, there was no time wasted.  They were on time , asked if I wanted them to remove their shoes before starting, and by the time they left, I was so pleased, we've aleady made plans for them to return.
