Originally opening in Pasadena, Ca. in 1978, we moved to Covina, Ca. in 2012 when the service technicians took over ownership. Now with our location in San Dimas, Ca. we are still family owned & operated by a technician that has worked for Spencer Service for almost 30 years. We still cover the San Gabriel Valley From Glendale to La Verne. We provide repair services on a majority of household appliances which include: Refrigerators Freezers Stoves Ovens Ranges Cooktops Washers Dryers Trash Compactors We, also, do professional repairs on most major brands such as: Frigidaire, Electrolux, Maytag, Whirlpool, Kitchen-aid, LG, Speed Queen, GE/Hot Point, Kenmore, Kirkland, Amana, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Modern Made, Westinghouse, O'keefe & Merritt, Admiral, Gaffer & Sattler, Wedgewood Holly, Tappan, and Roper. Spencer Service also serves landlords & property managers in the repairs of their tenant's appliance issues. We service both individual unit appliances & we work on coin-operated or community washer & dryers located on the property. He even came back the next day to remediate a problem that was not at all his fault (needed to swap the hot and cold connections to the washer because our plumbing is quirky -- hot and cold supply lines were reversed by a contractor who replaced our piping 25 years ago). Greg cheerfully came back, and he took care of the problem with no complaint and with no extra charge.
This is the second time Greg from Spencer Service has successfully and quickly repaired this very old washer.
We are thrilled, because we do not want to buy another washer (they are expensive, they don't last very long, and all our friends with newer washers seem to hate theirs!).
Another repair service we called had informed us that they don't repair appliances that are over 20 years old because they can't get parts. Greg at Spencer Service had the part on his truck and provided excellent service!
