Very good, only issue we had was locating an 4ft range, when most are 3ft, as you can't put an 3ft range, into an 4ft hole. They also referred us to an real good installer.

Pete Camacho is the television/audio salesman and he is excellent.  Told me all the features of the televisions and the stands which would be best for what I was interested in.  He is knowledgeable of all aspects for the home and business television and audio.

He is pleasant and professional.  Wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

I also have purchased appliances at this store and Louie Eschardes is the person to contact.  Excellent service.

I paid 10,000.00 plus for a fridge, paid for the installation, bought the extended warranty. Had a problem that resulted in major damage to my home and I was told that I had to work it out myself with a company that they hired. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced and would not referer anyone one to Pacific Sales Period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pacific Sales provided a one stop shopping experience and we had a very good experiences. The sales associate was up to date on all the appliances and they were very helpful. They have competitive prices and we would use them again in the future.

We started calling around 5pm to get a better estimate of arrival time. We were told that it would be after 6:20pm. 8:30 arrived and they still were not here and no one had called. Everything was installed sufficiently, but the time waiting was unacceptable. Every time we called we got an automated system telling us to call back during business hours. If we had given up and left, they might of said tried to deliver, and said the customer wasn't there. Their products and salesmen are good, knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was at fault.
