+ -1 moreVery good, only issue we had was locating an 4ft range, when most are 3ft, as you can't put an 3ft range, into an 4ft hole. They also referred us to an real good installer.

+ -1 moreGreat. Pete Camacho is the television/audio salesman and he is excellent. Told me all the features of the televisions and the stands which would be best for what I was interested in. He is knowledgeable of all aspects for the home and business television and audio. He is pleasant and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. I also have purchased appliances at this store and Louie Eschardes is the person to contact. Excellent service.

+ -1 moreI paid 10,000.00 plus for a fridge, paid for the installation, bought the extended warranty. Had a problem that resulted in major damage to my home and I was told that I had to work it out myself with a company that they hired. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced and would not referer anyone one to Pacific Sales Period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Purchased a new Thermador refrigerator, paid for the extended warraty, paid for delivery and install. Fridge was delivered and the installers installed the fridge on the ice maker line. It took about a week before we noticed we had no water and no ice. Called Pacific Sales and they sent a repair crew out. The crew removed the water line from under the supporting bracket, screwed the braket back in place and called it good. At the end of December I noticed the wood floor was warping, looked under the fridge and saw a leak from the water line. I called Pacific Sales and they sent a repair crew out. The crew was not prepared to remove the fridge and look at the line, they said that they did not know it was a 48" fridge after I had called the company and then called back just to make sure that the crew knew it was a 48" Frdge and was prepared since it is such a heavy fridge. Pacific sales then sent out an independent investigator to look at the problem and the investigator concured that the problem was caused by the original installer setting the fridge on the water line and also the repair company for not replacing the compromized line. in short the insurance adjuster for Pacific sales said I had to contact thier repair crew and work it out myself and denied the claim. The repair estimate for the damage was over 90000.00 and I had to turn it in to my homeowners insurance co. and pay the 5,000.00 deductible and since I had to wait 15 days for Pacific Sales to determine the problem I ended up with mold.

+ -1 moreWe started calling around 5pm to get a better estimate of arrival time. We were told that it would be after 6:20pm. 8:30 arrived and they still were not here and no one had called. Everything was installed sufficiently, but the time waiting was unacceptable. Every time we called we got an automated system telling us to call back during business hours. If we had given up and left, they might of said tried to deliver, and said the customer wasn't there. Their products and salesmen are good, knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was at fault.
Description of Work: We bought a refrigerator, they give a 4 hour delivery time between 2pm-6pm. We like the refrigerator
