We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. "I want to thank the US Home Developers for doing such a fantastic job to a major remodeling job I had needed done over the summer. My property was going into the pits. It was built in 1954, but hasn't had any structural remodeling done in a long time. The roof needed work, the outside had a broken down, and overgrown tool shed, and the upstairs bathrooms needed a lot of work. I decided that it was time to make a major overhaul of the property, and to that end I hired US Home Developers. Finally, since I was making such a huge remodeling job, I wanted to repaint the rooms in a bright beige color. Overall they did a fantastic job, and I am proud of finally living in a modern house!"
