"Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."

"I had used them before for my own house, but  not sure if they could drive all the way to Anaheim to fix my parent's driveway. They had no issue assigning a team to their place, after the work they did, I already knew a good job was expected. I gave the options to my parents, and they liked the ideas I pitched them. "Tl;dr: Easy to work with: 5 stars, super easy to work with Customer Service: 5 stars, really great customer service Quality: 4.2 stars, there was some less-than-perfect work. Most of it addressed. We had a major remodel done with these guys, and they were super easy to work with. Great customer service and very attentive and in communication. No issues at all with how the work was coordinated, scheduled, performed,. The coordinator we worked with (Valko) was excellent. Listened to us and was accommodating when we needed him to be. There are a couple of marks taken away for some quality issues with the finishing work: some parts of the subfloor on remodeled areas (not part of the addition) were not repaired perfectly, and the floor bows slightly and creaks in a couple of spots. One door frame is not plumb. Some of the painting was done a little sloppily. The tile in the shower and bath is not 100% perfectly straight. Overall, would recommend, they do good work and are great to work with."

Workers were punctual and cleaned up each day, and the workmanship was excellent. The contractor was available when I called, answered all my questions, and gave good advice. "I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!
