"Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. "I want to thank the US Home Developers for doing such a fantastic job to a major remodeling job I had needed done over the summer. My property was going into the pits. It was built in 1954, but hasn't had any structural remodeling done in a long time. The roof needed work, the outside had a broken down, and overgrown tool shed, and the upstairs bathrooms needed a lot of work. I decided that it was time to make a major overhaul of the property, and to that end I hired US Home Developers. The first major work that needed to be done was to get rid of that tool shed and use the empty area to install a deck and a Jacuzzi built into the deck. Secondly they needed to refit the roof, and thank God they did, because of the upcoming El Nino rain, we would have had definite leaks. On the interior, I decided it would be apt time to also remodel and repaint the two upstairs bathroom, and get some new cabinets for the kitchen. US Home Developers, provided a real great cost for the cabinets, which allowed me to save some extra dough. Finally, since I was making such a huge remodeling job, I wanted to repaint the rooms in a bright beige color. Overall they did a fantastic job, and I am proud of finally living in a modern house!"

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!
