"Ok looking for someone to remodel our house was hard work. Look no further. We got so lucky to find Bay easy construction the most amazing company that took good care us. We had and old kitchen and two bathrooms that needed work. In addition, all the interior of the house was painted and the old popcorn ceiling was removed. We also upgraded the electric system in the house and installed a new paneling. During the process Ofer advised to change the flooring and we went from carpet to tile and it made a dramatic difference for the best. Ofer gave us a tempting price to get it done and we are so happy we decided to do this. All the work finished for less than two months. Yay! Construction can be painful but this was a very pleasant experience. Ofer and Bay Easy Construction is a responsive, quality company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. After doing some necessary drilling in it that he needed to do, he even vacuumed up the mess that he made, which not all professionals do. "Five stars from start to finish. Found Bay Area Electric on Home Advisor. James called ME the next day before I could call him. He asked me for more details about the job and then sent me a very reasonable proposal. I told him I'd like to proceed and he let me know the date for install - 4 weeks out. (Trades are so busy right now!) Danny and Tua showed up 10 minutes early and were friendly and professional. The light fixture over the sink could not accommodate the can light that I wanted due to a beam, but Danny offered up an alternate fixture that looks great. He checked in with us on spacing for the remainder of the lights as well as the height for the chandelier. They worked well together and I felt like we were partners in the project with them - letting them know our preferences and then they executed beautifully. Sooo pleased! I highly recommend them and will use them again!"

He made wonderful suggestions on adding power for outdoor lighting and repair and improvement of a switch. Hi recommendation involved hiding the wiring by hooking the 2 devices up to a double switch on an inside wall. Other bidders suggested attaching almost 20 feet of wiring to the exterior of my house. He explained everything very clearly. He noticed an outdoor outlet that wasn't rain proof and suggested changing that out. Finally, his price was very fair and lower than other bids.
