We had to coordinate with electricians (Voltz) as they were repairing hacky wiring and setting new recessed fixtures. Parts for the lighting work were backordered but Ofer and Moses were very accommodating, working around multuple scheduled disruptions even though it was high season -summer. The best part is all their work, from ceiling joist reinforcement (sistering), drywall repair and painting to match was GOOOD!!"

I also appreciated that Pann really listened to how I wanted conduit hidden for the outdoor security lights. He was patient with me and and came up with a creative solution that looks great and avoided busting through a thick wall. Pann was very sensitive to using his time efficiently, which saved me money. Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. In my experience, intelligent, trustworthy, efficient electricians are hard to come by, so you would do well to hire Pann for your electrical needs!"

They finished the job on time in 1 month. "The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."
