Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. Having them working on that, we have decided to go ahead and replace floors, added also an interior paint and install new lights in our kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallway.
