WDR's response was oh we made a mistake and disposed of those items and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for their value (of course depreciated) so no harm was done. Of course there is harm!! These items had not only material but sentimental value! We lost everything in my parents home of 50+ years and they just threw the things away. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"

He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested.
