Project was an exterior structural support beam which had water intrusion causing wood rot. David had a plan to replace the beam and from the very beginning handled everything with professionalism. He listened well and offered ideas and concerns. He and his crew were on time and worked efficiently and left the site perfectly tidy! I am very pleased with the new beam and structure support! Heartily recommend him.

Excellent work on remodeling and rehabilitation of nine different house rehab projects. Timely, punctual, and superior craftsmanship. Perfect creativity when suggesting finishing touches and ideas for each project. Each project turned out superbly and drew many compliments. Will definitely use their services again.
