"The inspector overwhelmed my expectations in that he went way beyond the work which I wanted done. Example, I called him to inspect one bathroom. At no extra charge, he inspected the kitchen and two other bathrooms. He also educated me of many items of which I was ignorant. The time which he spent here, as well, way surpassed my expectations.
