Air samples are often collected, but the key to any good mold investigation is to identify moisture issues (mold will not grow without moisture). Our mold investigation costs range from $600 and up depending upon the size of the structure and complexity of the issues. We caution against utilizing firms that only collect air samples and make a finding based upon air sampling results alone.
