At no extra charge, he inspected the kitchen and two other bathrooms. He also educated me of many items of which I was ignorant. The time which he spent here, as well, way surpassed my expectations. I accepted the offer. Within a few days his brother, Chad, brought a crew to my house and started work on the roof.
