The owner Matt Stevenson was always ready to answer questions and solve problems. He projected how long it would take. We had one slight interruption when it turned out to be more of a job than he thought initially. But they were all there and the team worked really hard. The workers were very good, very responsive if we had questions. They explained a lot of what they were doing and why they were doing it, which I found very helpful."
