From sales to installation it was easy and smooth. Salesman Ryan came by for the estimate and explanation of the work. PM Ohan took over and sent his crew of Luis, Gabriel and Hector. They completed the work in the duration of 4 days as promised. Professional and clean the crew did a great job. I give them all 5 stars.

They messed up my schedule and wasted my time on installation and accidentally shut off my water. I was without hot water for 3 days.

The men are good workers.

It was a long time from start to finish. A lot of problems from sales personnel to the actual construction. Once the construction was started it took two days to complete. The construction crew was very thorough and did a complete job.

Amazing company. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with William P and Nick S during the installation. It was obvious that they cared about the work they do and the company they work for. They represented them perfectly. I also knew right from the beginning when we met with Jordan Eisenman that this was a company who cared about their customers. He is who sold us on going with Reborn and I couldn’t be happier with all of them and the work they did for us. Thank you all for being giving me back confidence in being able to hire a company whose word was fact.

I requested a plumber just to the simple job of moving some pipe replacement of a shower and tub. They showed up trying to sell me a full bathroom remodel. That was not what I requested and I explained that I did not want to spend $30,000 to remodel my whole bathroom. Then for the next month I continuously got phone calls following up to continue to sell me. After repeatedly telling them I did not want their service and to stop calling me, they continued their follow up calls. I finally had to block their number to stop the barrage of high pressure sales. Very unhappy with this company. Be wary if you are not looking to spend a fortune, do not contact this company.

To repair my 4 by 4 shower with a new shower pan and remove about 4 feet of rotted wood from the side walls and replace the wood and tile cost me $24,000.00 and I hate the shower because he never told us before starting the job that we would have to wait 6 weeks for the matching tile that we selected so we had to select other tile that was mismatched. But he replaced the hardware also. The shower head is too high. He replaced the hot and cold water controls with just one single handle so I cannot conto how much hot or cold water that I want. The job took 7 weeks when he told me it would take only 2 weeks. This was not a bathroom remodel only a showere repair. He is not good at communicating and explaining the necessary details.
