When he first came to the house, he had his wife and a friend waiting in the car for him, so he could not stay long enough to take measurments; however, he did come back the next evening as promised. He told us that he would have an estimate to us by the next evening, but we did not receive it until 2 or 3 days later. Honestly, we were SHOCKED when he saw Ray's estimate.
