Excellent knowledge of system and where trouble might be. He was right, and he fixed it quickly: we needed a new thermostat, which he efficiently installed. One minor thing was I still have to read directions to reprogram. But I can do that easily (I hope)!

Saher the technician advised us that we did not need a new furnace but rather a sort of tune up/maintenance, which involved replacing key parts like the capacitor and the motor. I would definitely hire Heating and Air again.

For every appointment the technicians were late. They did not call me, I had to call them to follow up. They did good work, but it took many calls by myself to them, and it took multiple trips.

I thought the price was very steep but agreed to the work being done anyway. The Service Technician was extremely knowledgeable and well trained. He finished maintenance work to get my heater running again within 1 hour; its been really cold so I was happy to get heat back on! I'm satisfied with the work and the Tech, but again I thought the price was a expensive.

Very good and efficient work done by the two technicians but $700 way expensive. I agreed to their quote so cant complain too much. They came out promptly on a saturday and like I said the techs were awesome, but their company charges way too much for a short call. Guess I should have asked for the senior discount

The technicians came as promised, a bit late. They quickly diagnosed the possible problem with the furnace but provided very high estimates for the three possible fixes. We went with the lowest, replacing the pressure switch, but were still charged $500 for a job that took less than 15 minutes. The problem was fixed, but we were left with the nagging sense that we were taken advantage of.
