When he first came to the house, he had his wife and a friend waiting in the car for him, so he could not stay long enough to take measurments; however, he did come back the next evening as promised. He told us that he would have an estimate to us by the next evening, but we did not receive it until 2 or 3 days later. Honestly, we were SHOCKED when he saw Ray's estimate. It was $6,500 higher than the highest bid and $10,000 higher than the lowest bid that we had already received! Obiviously, we did not choose Costello Plastering because his price was way too high."

Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint. House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting. Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times. "
