He was also very clear with the cost and what his included and what is not. They were able to work with our budget as it was very important also they provided 100% financing for no additional cost. They helped us pull all the necessary permits as well as made sure everything is done by legal expectations. Project was finishes at least two weeks earlier then predicted and the apartment rented even before all work was done. We and new tenants were really pleased with the finishes, design and quality of work. We especially really like the bathroom finishes. It was very easy communicate with the designer, office, contractor, and of course Moses, the project manager. Also the communication between the team was very well coordinated.
