"We hired Shay to correctly vault our home’s ceilings after they were unsafely vaulted years earlier by a licensed general contractor. Shay, their construction manager, gave us a typed, 17 page contract on the SAME DAY that he came to give us an estimate (!) The contract was highly specific, with detailed scope of work, and contained many protections for the homeowner, several which we referred to during the project. Their bid wasn’t the lowest, nor was it the highest — two came in at double and triple Shay’s estimate, one at 30% less. We were inspired by Shay’s rapidly produced and detailed contract — along with the excellent references that they gave us — to go with them, and we’re very glad that we did. They started a month AHEAD of schedule, and had reasonable progress payments as the project continued. Every step of the way their work was on time and professional, and their change orders were always necessary and reasonable. They followed the architectural and structural plans in great detail, worked well with our structural engineer, and in several instances saved us from having to rip out parts of our floor and a kitchen window through their effective negotiations with the planning office. All building inspections were passed with no difficulties, and the site was cleaned up immaculately upon completion of the project."

"We were looking for a contractor to completely remodel our one bedroom condo in San Francisco. We met with few different companies but after meeting with Moses from HomeTech Construction & Design, he gave us great suggestions that showed us his experiences. He was also very clear with the cost and what his included and what is not. They were able to work with our budget as it was very important also they provided 100% financing for no additional cost. They helped us pull all the necessary permits as well as made sure everything is done by legal expectations. Project was finishes at least two weeks earlier then predicted and the apartment rented even before all work was done. We and new tenants were really pleased with the finishes, design and quality of work. We especially really like the bathroom finishes. It was very easy communicate with the designer, office, contractor, and of course Moses, the project manager. Also the communication between the team was very well coordinated. "We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."
