Was able to complete my home within the project time frame. And Was also able to complete some added scope of work with out issue. that is a major point for me since I also own a few apartment complexâ s and projects always have unexpected changes having someone that can provide solutions in a timely fashion is a good person to know

We hired this company to paint our entire home. We had a lot of chipped paint and this company did such an amazing job! I have hired them to do my other properties. After they painted my home, I had a lot of my neighbors ask me for their contact information to do their home. My home looks great. Iâ ve gotten so many compliments.

Iâ ve worked with Bay Area Painting for over 6 years and done over 40 projects that range from interior painting of apartment/homes, cabinet and wood trim painting, replacing Sheetrock in walls and ceilings, whole building exterior painting, caulking and painting exterior window trims to prevent leaking, caulking bathtubs and kitchen sinks and the list goes on. Alex and his father George are very helpful and always to try to find a solution to whatever arises and willing to work on big projects as well as some smaller ones. They always get back to me, they are kind and do great work, a rare combo here nowadays. They are reasonably priced and will discuss their costs so you are aware of the price they charge. As I did not realize how expensive paint has become (especially recently) and therefore I didnâ t feel overcharged and understood their pricing They are also very trustworthy, to the point that I have had them deal with my own space and left the premises for long periods of time knowing they will take care of it as if it was their own. I am extremely grateful for Bay Area Cleaning as having great vendors is harder and harder to come by and I know they can always help.
