"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!

I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"I was in the need of getting a garbage disposal installed and an electrical socket since there was only a hardwire access that was very old wiring from when the house was originally built. These guys were very professional prompts they came out right away! The prices were reasonable and I really appreciated their help. I had already contacted two other plumbers to see about the job. They charged me to come out and they didn’t get the work done but these guys they came out they looked at everything they didn’t charge me just to just diagnose it they told me upfront what it was gonna cost and we were able to come to an agreement. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
