I had seeked out and contacted Luke via the internet. He responded promptly as I was in desperate need of someone to help me navigate what I thought to be mold exposure in my home. Without question, he immediately began giving me advice and so much knowledge of what I should look out for and what are the signs of mold. He did all of this without hesitation and did it free of charge not even knowing yet that I would even need to hire him! He was there to answer all of my questions, as silly as they might be. Luke, the owner is amazing! Very honest, knowledgeable, professional and proficient! My family had to ic mold so bad in our home for a very long time. We were all getting sick, I was the worst that the mold was attacking. We did not know why we were getting sick except for the reason perhaps the weather this year and the allergies. We started seeing the mold coming out in our bathrooms and up on the ceilings. That was an indicator we might be getting sick from the mold. A family friend of ours found this amazing company and I reached out. Luke, was so knowledgeable when I spoke with him on the phone. He came out to our home and ran 2 air tests and a swab test!!! He emailed us the results and called me to explain the results and let us know how BAD it really was!! It turned out it was not just the mold that was visible but the mold that we could not see and that we were breathing!! We then hired him to come and treat the mold!! I can honestly say that the mold is gone!! We have no more fear of living in our home and breathing toxic mold!! We are all feeling much better now! No more horrible coughs, running noses, headaches, fatigue feeling!!! I can not speak highly enough of this company!!! I recommend this company to anyone who knows they have mold or is in doubt and curious to have an inspection or run some tests in their home to be proactive! After learning my daughter is highly allergic to molds, a friend happened to run across Fresno Pure Maintenance and gave me their information. I was impressed by the knowledge that Luke had regarding indoor air quality and its affects on health. He was always available for questions. He explained the process clearly and is very passionate about his work. He was punctual and his communication was great throughout the entire process through completion. The lab results from before and after were a huge change. Every home has mold. It’s in the air outdoors and can easily grow indoors. His process neutralizes the spores and continues to prevent them into the future. Every home needs this. We take better care of the algae in our pools than we do in the microbial growth in our homes! At first, we didn't know what to do or who to call about our mold infestation found by our inspector. Once Luke called us, and gave us an incredible breakdown of what needed to be done, we didn't even bother looking for anyone else. Luke sounded like a man of the highest integrity and knew he was our guy. After the test, Luke had explained every little detail and more. I found mold in my apartment and called Luke of Fresno Pure Maintenance to first ask questions about mold and for him to come out to inspect my unit. He showed up on time for my appointment. He was/is super responsive, answered all my questions, tested my apartment and provided a mold inspection report with lab results, which devastingly confirmed massive amounts of mold. I would recommend his services if you are in need of mold testing. Mold toxicity and mold exposure is not often talked about, but it is so much more common than I and most people realize.

Gabi and Luke were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. It can be stressful finding mold in the house and navigating what to do about it since thereâ s multiple treatment options available. They were super helpful talking through what we were dealing with and helping me understand the scope of the problem we had and what options we had to take to protect our family. Since most of our mold was topical we didnâ t feel the need to take the traditional route of removing all kinds of material but just wanted to properly contain and kill the mold spores that were released in the house, get rid of the mold, and keep repairs to a minimum in the process. We went with the dry fogging method that they provide and we were really happy with the results. We could tell immediately afterwards just how clean the air was and the test results also backed that up. We felt the dry fogging method was really worth it because it would kill any mold in the house that we may not have even known about within the walls or in unseen places. With young ones in our family we didnâ t want to take the risk of toxic mold exposure so we wanted to act quickly. Gabi and Luke helped us get the treatment done very quickly. Throughout the process, I could tell they really did care about the health and safety of our family and werenâ t just another transaction for them. They really go above and beyond to serve their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for mold testing and remediation.
