Curtis was quick to respond, showed up the next day on time, and was in and out in very little time. I even got my results the same day which was amazing. This is a rental property I had him test, and as they say, time is money. And having the testing & results that quickly with a letter stating it was clear of mold to cover me legally was exactly what I needed.

Curtis and son, Tanner were very helpful in explaining to me what they provide and what my options are. They are very professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect during the testing and analysis. The results were sent to me the next day. Curtis explained in detail what the report meant in an understandable way. Although I hope there will never be a need for their services in the future, I would definetly rehire them if the need should occur in the future.

"Per our conversation, when we do an Indoor Air Quality testing, we focus on the living area. We check moisture and humidity levels too. Assessing and troubleshooting the attic and crawlspace is not our expertise. Once we get the results, I like to go over the mold with my customers. Letting them know if molds are elevated which can influence the protocol. Depending on the situation we offer referrals to assist in areas of interest. I offered a company that can assist with the issues inside your residence as well as inspecting the crawlspace/attic. Please contact me if I can help with any other issues. Great guy. Answered all my questions in plain English, clearly knew his stuff, explained each test before he did it and made sure I understood just what he was looking for and why. It turned out that it was an Asbestos question in the ceiling that needed checked out due to the age of the home. The specimen collection took about 15 minutes; the results were returned within several days. Very efficient.
