Curtis was quick to respond, showed up the next day on time, and was in and out in very little time. I even got my results the same day which was amazing. This is a rental property I had him test, and as they say, time is money. And having the testing & results that quickly with a letter stating it was clear of mold to cover me legally was exactly what I needed.

While they were the higher of the 2 bids they seemed to be the more professional. If there is a next time, I will just call them.

I own a rental property in Elk Grove, but live out of state. I needed someone to address a potential mold issue in the rental property and needed someone that could handle that and work with my tenant given I could not be there. I found Curtis to be professional and very courteous. He handled my needs quickly and effectively and I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Curtis and son, Tanner were very helpful in explaining to me what they provide and what my options are. They are very professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect during the testing and analysis. The results were sent to me the next day. Curtis explained in detail what the report meant in an understandable way. Although I hope there will never be a need for their services in the future, I would definetly rehire them if the need should occur in the future.

Curtis is very professional and friendly. He didn't try to talk me into doing additional samples, in fact he advised me to do fewer than I wanted. I called several places and his prices were competitive. I would definitely recommend him.

Great guy. Answered all my questions in plain English, clearly knew his stuff, explained each test before he did it and made sure I understood just what he was looking for and why. Never felt like I was being 'lobbied' for more work. On top of all that Emil (the owner) was very personable and I actually enjoyed the interaction.

It turned out that it was an Asbestos question in the ceiling that needed checked out due to the age of the home. The specimen collection took about 15 minutes; the results were returned within several days. Very efficient.
