"No surprises, satisfied overall, but attention to detail was inconsistent. The stair railings were generally well built, but in one section they meet a post at different angles, not a huge deal but annoying considering that it was easily avoidable. The landing was nicely done, as was the fascia, although there Manuel had to redo some sloppy work performed by his assistant."

"They are very polite. They keep moving and get the job done. They go above and beyond. I thought they would be done with the windows by 4 pm, they actually were done at 6 pm, with adding little things on, and they didn’t charge me extra. They do a good job of hanging Christmas lights and usually have pretty good suggestions, based on what I want of where the lights should go and so forth."
