Call this guy first. Seriously. Jacob is fantastic! Hands down, he was the most professional of the three providers I contacted to replace a broken window and sash. Right from the start, he was the most engaged and concerned with follow through on the project. (Also the most friendly and courteous.) His bid was competitive and it was his professionalism that made me decide to hire Jacob. He was thorough in getting the details right to make sure he got the exact right replacement. His workmanship and attention to detail are excellent and true to his word, he gave a time frame and followed through and got the job done earlier than expected. (Meanwhile, the other nearby window repair experts I talked to were still figuring out when they could come out for measurements.) He made those other "pros" with big names look like complete amateurs when it comes to customer relations.

Awesome job by Jacob and his assistant! We had a large double pane window break (outdoor umbrella went through it). He was able to come out to look at it the next day, gave us a competitive quote, and said it might be 2 weeks to get the replacement glass. He was able to get it installed within the week!
