"Certainly would not recommend this company or use it again. I booked a move-out cleaning and several of the items that were supposed to be included did not get done. When I reached out to receive a refund, I was told that one could not be provided and then was only given a $25 refund for a service where I paid over $200. This is simply bad business, if your company cannot uphold its promise in terms of service then simply refund a customer‘s money and take accountability for the fact that your employees did not do their job."

When I tried calling them back and trying to see if they can come back to try to work on the high traffic area I was so surprised how the team member who told me he was the owner talked like he didnt care. We had to hire a local carpet cleaner who did a much better job. I was so disappointed with this service. I usually do my homework before hiring someone but in this case, I trusted Angis website to hire this team. I will NOT be using Angis site in the future."

Bryan showed up within the two-hour window and was honest and professional with my questions and how to remedy some difficult food, drink, and ink stains. We agreed the scope of work, and he performed the job as agreed. The truck mounted system is top of the line. There's no need to hook-up to your sink or outside water.
