On top of this, when I have had questions about other electrical concerns, Mr. Johnson takes time to have a phone call to consult on the issue. "I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with Tony from TME. I was aware that?Tony had bigger jobs but Tony always acted as if he knew it was a big job for us. He gave a realistic?timeline? and?never showed up late. Tony checked all the work himself and made corrective actions where necessary. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the result.?When it came time to settle up, he came in at or a little below his estimate. Finally, an insight into Tony's character A few days after completion, we discovered a small leak under one of our sinks where Tony had installed a new faucet. We also suffered some damage to a cabinet which had nothing to do with anything Tony or his crew had done. We called Tony to fix the leak and to get a referral to a good cabinet repair outfit. Although HE HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID, Tony came by the next day and not only fixed the leak, but took it on himself to fix the cabinet. As the cabinet repair had not been his responsibility, I?would have been happy to pay him, but HE REFUSED COMPENSATION. I hope I have made clear that I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Tony. Unlike a lot of contractors, he gives his profession a good name."

"The owner came over and checked out what needed to be done. He quoted me a price which startled me (in a good way). It was much less than I expected. 

He sent an installer a few days later and also came here himself to check out how it was going. They did exactly what they said they would and the price was also exactly what they said it would be.

The also were very good in communicating to me what they were doing. The office called to schedule the installation and the installer called me and updated me on his schedule."

"I thought Paul and his installer were rock stars. I bought a new fan and the ceiling fan company where I bought it couldn't do a quick installation so I looked in here at Angies list and found that Paul at Fairway Electric was highly recommended. And the review was more than accurate. Paul responded immediately and had someone out the next day and installed my ceiling fan (something i did NOT want to do myself). And he even charged me a bit less than Paul quoted. Later---there was a frequency problem with the ceiling an light that made it dim occasionally---(caused by a neighbor who had a remote control with a similar frequency). Paul sent his repairman out (no additional charge) and changed the frequency. I'd call Paul back in a millisec if I had another ceiling fan installation or for electrical work based on my excellent experience dealing with him."
