"During the few times that it rains in LA, water would somehow find its way to the ceiling in the living room and above the doorframe of the main exterior door of the house.  After the past Christmas holiday season, the doorframe was so warped from the rain that it was difficult to open and close the door.  The ceiling was stained from the leaky roof.  Tony's crew did some detective work to figure out the main causes:  water would pool up above our living room because of the flat roof design and a mysterious pipe on the roof for wiring for automatic lights that was used/installed by the previous owners leaked.  Tony re-pitched the flat roof above the living room, re-sealed the roof, and removed the pipe on the roof that allowed water to enter above the main door.  The ceiling drywall that was stained was removed, replaced, and repainted to match the existing ceiling paint.  Drywall around a light switch was repaired and repainted to match the existing wall paint.  The doorframe was replaced, and the drywall around the main door area was repaired and everything was repainted, including the door.  Tony's crew also went around the entire house and touched-up places that needed to be repainted.  We had hired them to do a big remodeling job a few years ago, including exterior painting.  It was great to have them back to do some touch-up work so that everything looks as good as a few years ago.
These guys are great.  They are professional, dependable, and they keep the work area neat and clean.  It has always been a pleasure having Tony work on our house, and we will continue to have him work on future projects."
