We renovated our kitchen from the get go, raised ceilings and completely changed the floor plan changing walls etc. Working with Golan from the very start was a pleasure. He understood what our design concepts were and prepared a proposal for our review. The teams were scheduled to follow the demolition and then reconstruction. Our kitchen turned out beautifully each crew that worked on my kitchen were pleasant and never left me a mess to live through. "I am very pleased with the work done on our home by Precision Home Remodeling. We had a leak from our air conditioner with severe water damage to 2 bathrooms, master bedroom, and hall. Kris from Precision Home Remodeling helped us to negotiate with our insurance company to get double the initial amount they offered for the repairs. Kris was able to give us a reasonable bid for the home repairs plus for additional work we needed for roofs on part of our home and flooring with baseboards throughout our house. We also requested a new window that other contractors had been unable to replace due to the restricted space around the old window. Kris also had great recommendations for a new mantel that included painting of old bricks and some new tile work around the fireplace. Our home is old and Kris from Precision Home Remodeling authorized extra work to paint our ceiling, replace wood in our patio for the new roof, and leveling of our floors. We are very happy with the final results."

Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval. We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. We love how it looks, how it functions and how spectacular the views from it have become. It has been a great pleasure to have IND build it for us."

"We need a large patio patio that could also act as a sound buffer from a nearby street. Amit and Josef recommended aluminum framing with insulated roof panels, which ultimately proved to be a perfect solution. The structure measures nearly 40 feet and is securely tied directly to the side wall of our home. They use thick posts and spaced them out for visibility while still blocking enough noise. Every seam was sealed tight. You can tell this wasn?t a light job?they brought the right crew and gear. I?d hire them again for any large patio construction project."

"They demolished my very small outdated and ugly kitchen in the middle of September 2019 and I'm currently waiting for them to repair the recessed lighting that is falling out of the ceiling. I was told that the entire job would take 4 to 5 weeks, and here I am 4 months later, the cabinet maker was hopeless at measuring and the cabinets had to be remade and adjustments and changes made multiple times. I was left with a kitchen close to what I requested, but hate that the changes I had no choice but to accept that were not in the original design. The workmen, installers, electricians and plumbers were awesome, the company itself seemed more interested in other jobs they were doing rather than mine. In the end I'm left with a lot of loose ends they refused to deal with, and currently looking for someone to do what they didnt such as sealing the floor and filling in gaps. Be sure to cross the T's and dot the I's on any contract you sign with this company and make sure to include a completion date. This wasnt what I was expecting when I was spending $50k plus on a dream kitchen."
