I had asbestos popcorn ceiling removed by another company who were not as careful as I would have liked and left the ceiling in pretty rough shape. Richard and his team skim coated the whole ceiling primed and painted it. It looks beautiful and has really made Home feel like home. his team also took out an old AC/heater unit in the wall patched and repaired it like it was never there. He walked me through the process and explained all the steps. He was so thoughtful and took the time to show me pictures of what the end product would look like and even utilized resources I already had to cut costs for me as a homeowner. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Wiring installation for a ceiling fan created several openings in a popcorn ceiling that needed patching,   We used Brad Patrick three years ago (recommended that time by our painter)  to perform similar repairs in the same room due to a plumbing leak (we were quite please with their work that time),  and as a new member of Angie's List we were happy to find Brad Patrick on the list.  Brad responded promptly to our inquiry, and we set up a convenient day for the work; we preferred early morning for this, and he was happy to accommodate us in that.  The men arrived on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up their work very well.  We trust we won't have to have this room done again, but if we need similar work done, Brad would be the first person we'd call.  This obviously was a small repair job, but Brad was happy to do it, which we really appreciate."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
