"Diego and his team have been amazing. They are really hard-working and all has been done super professionally! We called Diego to haul out our old jacuzzi built in to our deck. They were able to somehow accomplish this feat as well as rebuild the portion of the deck. We also had them rebuild and replace other areas as necessary. From the first contact, Diego was very patient and understanding with our circumstances. Heâ s a great listener to accommodate the clients brief in the most affordable, efficient and optimal way. Very transparent on costs breakdown. Highly recommend Diego and his team!"

"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

The only packing material that isn’t often recyclable is rubber, but rubber bands aren’t common for packing and moving. Some materials used for moving, like cardboard, paper, and hard plastic, are easy to recycle and can often just go out for regular pickup with your other recyclables, like cans and bottles. Plastic films and packing peanuts can be a bit more difficult to recycle and usually need to go to a dedicated recycling facility that can handle those specific materials.

It may not be worth it to rake every leaf in your yard, but it’s necessary to remove the majority of leaves to prevent them from smothering grass growth on your lawn. However, raking leaves isn’t your only option for leaf removal. You can remove leaves easily with a leaf blower or compost or mulch them with your lawn mower to repurpose them to help grow your garden or yard.

If debris from a tree located in a government-owned space (such as a sidewalk, public school, or government property) falls in your yard, it is the city’s or state government’s responsibility to have the debris cleaned up. On the other hand, most states only hold a neighbor liable for cleaning up their tree’s debris if they were negligent in caring for the tree.

Many recycling centers will not recycle Styrofoam because it is very difficult to return to its base form. Additionally, many recycling facilities do not have the proper equipment to compact or densify recycled polystyrene foam into new foam blocks. Ultimately, the entire process for recycling polystyrene foam is expensive and takes a lot of time.

Dirt and other debris from land clearing, such as stumps and rocks, are considered construction debris in some states. What qualifies as construction debris varies from state to state, but it generally refers to any materials produced in the process of building, renovating, or demolishing structures.
