"I contacted Affordable Sliding Door Repair and explained my situation. I was given two options - I could either make an appointment to have someone come out to analyze the problem, or I could send pictures of the broken handle and eliminate the need for me to take time off work. I sent pictures and received a response within minutes. ASDR called to confirm that they had the handle in their inventory, and make an appointment to come out and do the repair.
